How are offers redeemed?
Customers present the offer or its code in the app. A permitted member of venue staff scans or validates it and the redemption status is updated.
Can a bar control staff access?
Yes. Owners can use configurable employee roles and permission sets for creating offers, cancelling or deleting them, scanning offers, and managing staff.
